Please email us! Each artist manages their own clients, inquiries, and bookings. We do not have a receptionist/shop manager, so we are often unavailable to take phone calls throughout the day. We kindly ask that you email us at info@boulderbrows.com, or text us at our Louisville number 833-205-7109, or Foco number 833-254-3985 if you have questions, or need to get in touch with us, especially for urgent matters like last-minute cancellations. We do our best to check emails/texts throughout the day, and respond as quickly as we can. You can always request a call back via email as well!

PLEASE NOTE:

Our artists only open their books for new client bookings on the first day of every month at noon.  When scheduling online, if you do not see any dates available, then the artist you wish to book with is fully booked until the next months booking. Please check back on the 1st of the month at noon to secure your spot with them. For any other questions or concerns, please email us at info@boulderbrows.com.

Please note that we are not always available by phone to guide you should you need navigation assistance.  Please give yourself extra time to find us for your first visit.  We understand that things happen, and being late sometimes couldn't be avoided - just be aware that we still may have to reschedule you and you will lose your deposit.
